Yes will drop right in. Use all the integra mounts for the year you are putting it into. Distributor, alternator, injectors, and o2 sensor need to be for a obd0 ls, thats what your car is so the harness will connect to them. Only other thing i can think of is having to convert the fan switch from back of the block to the thermostat housing.
