mine is only 50cc but its supposed to have a tag.

the rule is

50cc or less
stays under 35mph
<2bhp
there are some other minor things in the law but those are the biggies.

mine goes 55 so its supposed to have a tag and insurance, if i get caught going over 35 i can get a ticket
