We need to send in our order of advance tickets for the UVA/VT challenge so on Thursday there will be a meeting/room for you to pay officers just for that purpose. This is very important you pay in advance if possible so we can have a track day for just the CCVT and for the challenge all by itself in the spring. It is $10 to race or watch either way. You MUST be a paid member to compete for the CCVT. The rules are as follows and will not change. You must be a paid member of the CCVT who is either a VT student or has residence in the blacksburg or christiansburg area, first year alumni or faculty/staff paid member. You can also pay membership dues if you have failed to do so tomorrow night as well. Even if you are a returning member you must fill out a new member information form. You can order tickets for friends who are coming to watch as well and we prefer you do it this way. There is already a meeting scheduled for next Thursday where I will give out your tickets. Again please do this!!! The room is in 236 Squires, you can go in anytime from 8:30 to 9:30 to pay so thats ample time. If you can not make that please get your money to Chris Meade or Matt Parker before Friday morning.
