No it works, the battery will just need to be replaced. Just doesnt hold a charge as long as it should. With AC its fine. I can load the OS that came with it on if need be/just have to find the cd. Windows XP.

I can take pics, looks exactly like the display model up top. Nothing damaged at all. very well kept.
