before everyone gets on you about it, correct your grammar. As far as the swap, I believe its just a matter of getting the manual tranny and ecu. the pedal and things shouldnt be hard at all, but im sure the honda swap gurus will be in here shortly to tell you. OR you can just go to www.Honda-Tech.com and it will have the answers there as well as a step by step guide....but hi, and welcome
