yeah that is what im doing is a fha. i might need to check into that again for rates its been like 2-3 month since the pre-approval.especailly since yall are saying they are at 6.25-6.35 right now . i know ealier this yr it was a 5.5 but i missed out on that couldnt get lock in . but im not puting anything down as well getting the seller to pay closing cost 3 %. not sure if that affects it at all though . our credit is outstanding so that should be a problem geting the lower rates. thanks for the info, do you know what lender/banks were offering the 6.25-6.35 rates so i can check on that . would be a big help. another thing did you have any points added into your pre approval loan? i had 0 points added in and i know they can add up to 5 points .
