Between the the lazy guys that aren't doing anything and the lack of skilled hard working guys, it's a wonder we get anything done at all. What's F-ed up is the clean up guy asleep in a space when he is supposed to be cleaning gets paid as much as the mechanic installing arresting gear. Yay for unions.
