hey man, i dunno the guy selling this phone but if it was send USPS, then they would toss a note on your door, or in the mail box and they would hold the item for a few weeks before sending it back to the sender. Most the time they leave 2-3 notes and hold it for about 2 weeks. so.. shipping to you, waiting and shipping back could take up 3 weeks, then shipping back to ya over fedex making it around 4 week shipping.

He didn't send me my package. USPS won't hold packages unless it was asking for a signature confirmation. He didn't both sending it with a 65 cent tracking number, why would I believe he sent it via Signature Confirmation. Plus, this whole thing with USPS holding my package and leaving notes on my door or in my mailbox is the first time i've heard this from him. He never mentioned anything via Signature Confirmation. Would USPS hold my package for any other reason?
