As far as t-shirts. you would have to get it on an interest thread because no one is going to produce shirts one by one. This is how we do it for our clients. So keep that in mind.
They are ready to go.
I had a credit card system for a while, but I think I only got like 2 people that ever used it, so I canceled it. Everyone else used PayPal.
