Piper is expensive, but it's the price you pay for using someone with the outstanding rep that his shop has. Go to any club racing event in the mid-atlantic and see the % of cars running Piper roll bars/cages and ask around. I'll be using him again for any future work regardless of cost.
Not saying the other guys mentioned in this thread aren't up for the task, I just don't know anything about their work, but I can recommend Piper without any hesitation.
I've seen many cars that piper has done and your right you pay what you get, but i've been quoted by a shop down here in f'burg area, chris cheeks and he is insane! Pricing is def way cheaper than piper and has proven his work in the mustang world for tube chassis cars and such.
