Default turbo a6

So I picked up a d16a6 with around 120k miles on it about a month ago (for a 1990 crx)

Since then, I've compiled a td04h turbo and a t3 turbo, (which one? im aiming for ~250whp) intercooler and piping, an hf exhaust manifold and that's about it turbo-wise... where can i get a downpipe that fits the turbo? do i have to get my car towed to shop for them to weld one tegether? (im broke...)

i was planning on leaving the head untouched, and getting some tuner toy rods and vitara pistons... along with arp head studs and rod bolts...

ive read online that i should also get some acl rod and main bearings so i wont spin a bearing... is that necessary?

Can i take my block to a machine shop (fully assembled) and have them dissassemble, hot tank, and install the rods/pistons/bearings?? or can i do it at home? and what tools do i need?

also, car is going to be tuned on turboedit using a pm6 (I already chipped it myself )... i have all the necessary parts for that, but i might post questions about the tuning process...
