hmmmm....wierd, we're pretty sure the wiring is done fine, he worked at Charles Barker Toyota back when he did the swap about a year and a half/2 years ago, so he had pretty much all the resources to do it correctly. start doing the wiggle test. fire it up and start yanking on shit till it cust off(if that is the problem).
at the time when it does not fire up make sure fuel pump comes on when he turns ignition key on, it may be that.
