Shit is true imo, my dad got pulled over by a state trooper last year toward the end of the month going 8 over. My dad has had a clean record in va for 20+ years and still got the ticket, cop straight just asked for license and went back to car and wrote the ticket. Then no more than 1 mile down another state trooper was pulling 2 cars at the same time that were traveling in our car group.
Always be cautious especially toward the end of the months.
