They are a brand new pair of OEM replica skirts for an AE86 coupled with the removable skirt ends just like on the original OEM ones. They have never been painted and are black. Also comes with molded rubber edging. Very hard to even find replicas of these anymore and a lot of people pay $600+ for original ones.
