I don't get what you are trying to say. Maybe you misunderstood what I was saying and rereading my post I can see why.

The felony comment was directed towards his juvenile record. As a juvenile you can be charged with a felony but unless you are tried as an adult you cannot not be convicted of a felony.

Or maybe you were just pointing out that you had already pointed out that reckless is a misdeamenor, either way, it's Wednesday and it really needs to be Friday afternoon like now.
