You got me, and I agree it was stupid. This was my attempt to make fun of the original post which I saw in the Vehicle Classifieds. Some other classic terms:

Cash In Hand (really means I want to pay you half, and most likely will flake)

Pulls Hard (usually means I can pull on a Geo Metro)

Spanish Olive Green (used to over sell a detail of a car, "My price is really high, but look at the paint job")

These are some of the terms that catch my attention here on DragVA that my friends and I joke on. "Murdered out" just happens to be the icing on the cake. I'm not even sure what it's supposed to mean, I just find it hilarious. But anyhow, I really am trying to get these headlights off my hands.
