There are plenty of drafing jobs in VA beach, cheseapeake, suffolk. Amsec in va beach uses acad 2008 and im sure it isnt much different from the previous years. Northrop Grumman is ramping up since they just signed a contract for the new carrier that will have job openings till 2011. Start there.
