the way norfolk is hurting for people right now, if you pass the test. as soon as they have the ability to open up an academy, youll probably get a call, or a letter with an offer from them as a recruit.they will let you know that if you successfully make it through the academy and pass the ems portion of the classes than you will make x amount of money after completion and some other bs. Then theyll probably setup a date for all your pre academy screenings. Drug test, Polygraph, psych evaluation, chiefs exam. if you get the nod from the chiefs exam youll start the academy and on you go.
