No, you cannot.
The length is fine. They're about 3.5 mm shorter than the B18C rods. However, the Big End width is wider on the B16 than it is on the B18C series engine. So, unless you wish to have them machined, they will not fit. Having them machined may prove that there are strengths in the design that come from the width, so it's not recommended. (But you CAN do that if you wish.)

Stroke would not change, as the crankshaft, not the rods, determine stroke.
