My roommate got a reckless last....I think it was Jan of '02 or something. Anyways, he got Ken Stolle(I'm sure you know who he is) as his lawyer. Paid an assload, but he got out of the ticket off of technicalities. So my advice to you is, get a lawyer. Let him do the talking. If you have no previous tickets, that will help as well. As far as the technicality and how my roommate got off, the cop failed to identify the defendant in the courtroom Much luck to ya...and dont speed. I have no sympathy on speeding tickets.
