Im not to sure whos property it is might be state. the trails are really well established definately been there a long long time. I would say its a pretty technical system of trails nothin really to fast, lots of stuff to ride over and up tight turns and some pretty fun mud holes. I got an O8 Yamaha Raptor 350, ive seen other people out there riding talked to them about the area and they've had very little issues with anyone.
