But you know you've had those customers come in and not even know what year or model their car is. Hell, you ask them the color and they have to walk over to the front door to look at it haha. I've seriously seen a few people do that.
Ha ha ha. I have seen it. People who tell me they have a ford, yet they come in and drive a Honda, or give me the year of their car but 20 years prior. I even had a guy buy tires and had no rims. I asked him what was he going to mount them on and he told me he thought they automatically come with wheels.
However, if a car has a mirror tag with a number and there is also a matching key tag with their last name, year, and model car that matches the number, all you have to ask is their last name.
