ok well, if you people don't like "camry powered" them just call it "lexus powered". ok well so the stock engine is good, i have heard about heads blowing out and shit, but either way, a 6 cylinder will always be able to get more power than a 4 if you maxed out both and anyway i am going to do some internals so hopefully i can get an easy 350 hp. but the point is, is that you may get 500hp out of the 4, but thats not 500ft/lb also that just horse and probably like 400 to 450? and at higher rpms.

the point of the v6 is low end torque. and for anyone who knows anything about drag racing, torque wins drag races. 1 second at the launch is 2 seconds at the end, thats why 60ft times are so important. and yes i know with a lot of torque comes traction problems, but come on now.... mid engine rwd, what better for traction? and don't say awd cause thats rubbish(i have a wrx now...so i DO know what i am talking about). if i get a good slick and soften the suspension a bit, there will be no problem putting the power to road. i mean if i can get 350 hp then i will have close to 400ft/lb or more.

ok for those of you that are wondering why i want the turbo mr2 well because from 93 and up the rear end was strengthened. also the turbo has upgraded breaks, all around suspension. also the whole drive train is upgraded and according to some articles it can put 600hp to the ground. also all the wiring, and radiator and all the little things are upgraded in the turbo version. thats why. its cheaper to get a turbo mr2 than a none turbo and have to upgrade the suspension, rearend/drivetrain, radiator, and figure out all the wiring.

thank you for all the help....keep it coming....i still needs sites and stuff to look at. help me out please. thanks you
