The 2003-2005 Ruckus tops out at about 36-37mph on flat ground.
06-09 tops out at about 42mph.
Neither is restricted from the factory. Anyone asserts anything different from what I just listed is either ill-informed or lying.
NICE PRICE for a nice bike. I'd never sell my 08 in a million years, but I guess shit happens.
