Absolutely no problems what so ever. Me and my friends Ben, Cody, & Peter did the swap in the exact same spot in my driveway. It was a complete drop in replacement for the blown boosted LS that was in it. After we did the swap, we took it to Dash Performance to overlook all of the work. They rewired some of the lights/tail lights and rebolted the exhaust for us. It was going to go into a 99 EX Coupe, but it was an automatic and I didnt feel like the hastles of doing it and all the shops I called to do it were extremely expensive. I would have no problems with you having someone overlook it if need be!
