OP- This is the best way of taking the crank pulley off by yourself using hand tools. The screw driver wedges itself in the teeth of the solid steel flywheel that will not break, aginst the bottom of the block. Allowing you to put as much force on it as you want untill the crank pulley bolt breaks lose. I am not telling you to stick the tip of a screwdriver in the little "v" the teeth make. Slide the whole shaft of the proper size screwdriver between the teeth and rotate the crank untill the handle of the screwdriver is resting aginst the bottom of the block. Put a jack handle on the end of your ratchet for leverage and break the bolt loose. Reverse this to tighten it. I have done this countless times and it works just fine. You can not hurt your flywheel with a screwdriver.... If this takes two people then you are doing it wrong.
Lol, you must know me so well. I can't even change my oil, jesus what am i thinking being in this thread.
Just saying i would try to find an impact gun from someone. Easier / faster than relying on a screwdriver propped up agaisnt the block and such.
