I guess I should elaborate....I have the vehicle in my posession, I am the one setting up and going on the test drives with the vehicle, I am determining the asking price. I did not get the title switched over to my name yet. I was trying to avoid the hassle of having to pay registration and insurance for a vehicle that I am selling immediately. It is still registered and insured under my friend's name and will be present to sign the title over at the time of sale so the buyer can see it is not shady. I was just trying to be forefront, so that any potential buyer's on this forum knew what was going on. If this is still classified as a third party sale I apologize for the misunderstanding and mods can lock/delete this thread.
