the only way i know to get a skyline in and legally register it is to do it via canada. you got to hook up with a canadian resident who will import the car there first. next, he registers it in canada then sells it to you. you will be able to register it like any other car. you will have to pay some tax crossing the border with the car, but its not much. i've seen three skylines sold at dealer auctions in the last 10 years with legal paperwork.
