my company recycled some computers and such through M&W computer Services last May. There was a fee involved but I'm not sure how much, I pay no attention to cost. We had them wipe & destroy harddrives and take several old monitors. Occasionally some random places will offer electronic recycling for free, outside of popular places like schools, libraries, Dumps/landfills, but I haven't heard of any lately though.
