I'm tell you if you follow the directions, and run the programs in the order I posted them you will be fine. Just download the programs, and update them. Then restart your computer keep pressing F8 until it gives you an option for safe mode. Now, the only issue you might have is the virus might block the files if that happens let me know. I can download the files, and send it via yousendit.com in a zip folder. The virus cannot block the file as long as its running from a zip folder.

I wouldn't be able to do it at your locations because I am out and about at businesses repairing their systems. I would have to do it remotely.

if you are having a hard time removing the virus, birng over the tower and ill take the hard drive out clean it on one of my clean machines

Windows defender does not detect any of the rouge winantivirus programs.
