I'm tell you if you follow the directions, and run the programs in the order I posted them you will be fine. Just download the programs, and update them. Then restart your computer keep pressing F8 until it gives you an option for safe mode. Now, the only issue you might have is the virus might block the files if that happens let me know. I can download the files, and send it via yousendit.com in a zip folder. The virus cannot block the file as long as its running from a zip folder.

kaspersky av. If you are trying to remove spyware / virus from a computer that is running it can bypass the spyware and start running again. If you do not have a second computer you can remove it via safe mode. Make sure that you update all of the programs, and disconnect your internet connection.
Make sure you disable system restore as well.

If you run all of those correctly you will remove it. I get at least one computer every few weeks with one of the winantivirus programs.
I wouldn't be able to do it at your locations because I am out and about at businesses repairing their systems. I would have to do it remotely.

Windows defender does not detect any of the rouge winantivirus programs.
