Actually you know what I check with my friend, becuase he is the one selling the block and he told me that he got the block here in VA driven. He traded for some s2k seats or something. When he got it the block was complete with pistons and rods, but one of the pistons was cracked and never noticed that, but the walls are in good conditons just a little rust it..
