go to a calibration place...like Hampton Battery on Kecoughtan Rd. in Hampton. They will caibrate your car, or in your case calibrate it and show you have a defective speedometer. They give you a noterized copy. Then you take it to court and they will reduce the charge. I believe the judges have to accept and calibration sheet and reduce it the first time around. if you want a lawyer you can get one. but you definatly need to get you car calibrated.
