As far as putting alcohol in your intercooler sprayer like somebody mentioned. It sounds like a good idea. I mean put some alcohol on your fingertip and feel you finger get cold from the evaporation, right? Well, the alcohol has a much lower latent heat than water- Meaning it cant take nearly as much heat per volume with it before it evaporates- Hence why it evaporated so quickly at room temperature BY JUST YOUR BODY HEAT!- now you see the water (especially in mist form sheening in a thin layer like the IC sprayer is designed to do) is able to more efficiently move heat away.

I recommend using windshield washer fluid because it contains a little bit of alcohol along with water. Or just throw in some distilled water and some cubes for some quick runs.
