Most banks don't keep the title at a local location. It may have to be mailed from a out of state location. But, even then, it shouldn't take a month.
When I sold my Integra, I had a loan through LFCU, and it took about 3 weeks for the new owner to get the title mailed to him.
Thats where he had the loan through, but when i talked to him he said that he put it in the mail and he had it. Hopefully they had to send it to me and its just taking forever because of the holidays.
