So... I'm going to say it's just another exaggeration based on the statistic that used to float around that an Enzo's brake job was $30,000... whether or not it is... I have no clue.
Oh... Yeah... Nissan = Fail... For that price that car should have more power. But with more power it'd break the fragile transmission that much more often. If I'm spending $170,000 It wouldn't be on that. It'd start w/ a 'F' and end with a 'errari'.
