I'm in the process of remodeling the kitchen and new cabinets will be arriving end of February. Already invested enough that I might as well pay to have someone do the prep before the cabinets are installed.
Here's a run down of some of the stuff that needs to be done off the top of my head ...
- Wall between old dining room and living room partially removed and half wall installed
- All old floor coverings removed
- Hardwood flooring from living room matched and brought into new kitchen
- Tiling (TBD) installed in kitchen
- Electrical wiring for appliances (junction boxes)
- Duct work for downdraft installed
- A/C Registers relocated
- Plumbing for prep sink
I'm sure I've forgotten something, but that should be most of it.
Businesses only please. Dude with a hammer need not apply. I'll just delete your posts anyway
