yes i was speeding, theres no excuses for it, but i did and now i have to deal with what i did, im no a fucking idiot, im just tryin to learn va laws and i wanted some advice, oh and btw im not a fucking idiot or retard, i was speeding on I-81 at 12:30am so there was no traffic
