Check the fuel pump, and did you replace the Main realy with a new one? If not check that also. If all else fails check the fuel filter, if it has never been replace could be clogged?
yeah, i agree! did you replace with new main relay or used. they have a lot of solider joints on the board that under a magnifying glass can see cracks in the solider. we replace them all the time at honda. some last years some only months! check to see if the fuel pump is coming on via initial key turn for 5 seconds to hear audible pump sound. does instrument cluster lighting of all systems light up with key. if not main fuse 100 or 200amp. pm me if needed
