If you plan to rent-a-truck, use Triangle - their trucks and vans have class 3 receivers w/electrical connections, you'll need to source a hitch and ball though.

Ask around about a dolly, or rent from UHaul

When I trucked up a turbo donor car from NC I just used a Triangle F-150 and a U-haul dolly




For lifting get a SUV jack and +3-ton jack stands, usually they have a +22in lift... Your best bet is to compare before you buy, the lift should be listed on the packaging
