There was obviously a need to detain the guy. But there is no need to keep beating somebody while they are already down. That is not law enforcement. That is abuse of power and evil.

The same cops who harassed us day in and day out (during my hooligan years) tried to give me a ticket while I was PARKED IN MY FRIEND'S DRIVEWAY. I proceeded to speak my mind (vulgarly) and they proceded to respond physically. Cops can and will do whatever they want because no one can prove otherwise...until somebody gets it on camera.
