You were telling a 10 year licensed state inspector who has a track record of being very knowledgeable on the issue and in automotive repairs that he was not too bright what is and isn't required for the VA SI. Yet you have no fucking idea of what you were talking about, nor are you an inspector, let alone even know the difference.
I have never seen nor heard of there being a difference between the Motor code and the SI code. Hell, I can't even find a difference while searching on the web.
