A 12k bulb is not bright and is actually dimmer than a standard 4.3K bulb, even worse the light spectrum is completely wrong for night driving which makes it a danger. They need to ban 8k-12K bulbs because they are purely appearance lighting and are not for improving safety for night time operation. The real nuisance is HID's in standard reflectors and or fiting HID bulbs into fog assemblies. Those both should be automatic failures at SI.
