On the flip side, the agreement was to have the work done for a certain amount, which he said was agreed upon.
The missing variable here is TIME...therefore I would say that's default to "infinite" ...he cannot come back and say "oh, i needed it by now" He should have said that in the beginning.
Therefore, if it takes them a god damn year, or ten years, that's their choice...not his.
If he wants it back, I'm more than sure he can pay for it all and take the car back.
