Thanks it's pretty sweet, I don't think the dealership knew what they had. It's got the Sports package suspension and the powered sports seats, 5spd, silver w/grey interior. One owner car and has the car serviced it's whole life at Richmond BMW. The subtle differences between my slightly modded '01 325i and this car are definitely interesting.
Anyway looks like you're in the right ballpark for pricing;
start out in the $12K range with all the goodies on it and see if anyone bites and if you can wait on it,
or move it into the $9k range ans strip as much off as you can for a quick sale
