ok first off on 3 in speakers you shouldnt have that much bass coming through there anyways . dont really see the need for bass blockers on these unless they are cracking or your in a bass off playing bass muisc . then they are neccesaary . but wouldnt hurt to have since they are mad cheap.
2nd off bridgeing your amp.. just depends on your ohms load on your sub speaker and your ohms on your sub amp if you want to bridge them and drop the ohm load tht is if your amp will be stable at that ohm load.and wiring setup is important for your speakers and your ohm load as well . you just need to match your ohm load for the best sound, quilty, and reliabilty of these products.
just because you can bridge a amp doesnt mean it will sound better.
ANYWIRING KIT SHOULD BE FINE DOESNT HAVE TO BE MONSTER CABLES .just dont buy a walmart one and you should be fine . just get some good rca cables . and run the rca cables on one side of the vech and the pwer and ground on the other side . dont overlap + - and rca will give you feed back most of the time .
and yes a decent headunit will work wounders. i like pioneer for a low end unit with high end spec with out breaking the pocket. just about all pioneers have a built in eq and comes with a remote normally comapred to other and detach face .
if you looking for real clean music invest into a crossover or a nice eq. (alot of people will object to this and say its not neccassry and its not its just a tuning perfernce tool to adj the tunes tou want manulaly).
