True story! Today after work, I went to the Sprint store to pay my phone bill. While I was leaving, I noticed this black EK Civic sedan with a huge double decker, whale tail looking spoiler.

Normally I would laugh and walk away (or take a pic and post it here), but I noticed that the guy was still in his car, so I decided to approach him. Young Hispanic dude, nice as he could be; this is pretty much the conversation we had (for the sake of the dialog, I will call him Juan):

Me: Hey, could I ask you a question?

Juan (looking puzzled): Yeah?

Me (smiling): What is that on your trunk?

Juan (looks back): Oh that, that's my spoiler...you like?

Me (laughing a bit): No,...not really, just wanted to ask you....why!?

Juan (smiling): it look like...like a dolphin...you know, like a dolphin tail.

Me: LOL! really?

Juan: yeah, I like it! You no like it?

Me: LOL!!! Not really, but hey, if your happy with it! You got anything done to the engine?

Juan: Oh no, got no money.

Me: You could sell the wing!?

Juan: LOL!!!

Yeah, he was a good sport about the whole thing. While I think ricers are a joke, I'm kinda glad to see them around. Free entertainment, something to laugh at on an otherwise mundane drive.
