At the time I needed a court appointed so when he went in court he argued that marijuana stays in your system for 30 days and that they could not prove I was high that night especially since I ain't have shit on me. Case was dropped. Shit I couldn't believe it, def. got lucky on that. Cop was a freakin rookie he would of had me if he gave the field/eye test and said i failed it, but just took me straight to the hospital. What a dumb ass
