Convince her she wants an SUV or a crossover. Or a wagon. IMO most people that have minivans don't need a minivan and could get by with something much smaller. We've never had anything but sedans/wagons/hatches in my family for my entire life and somehow we kids came out perfectly normal. Well, relatively speaking at least.

I just don't understand why families with one or two kids need a big ass family hauler.. Get something smaller and more fun.
