"All Pm's returned" means just that. I responded to the Pm's I received. If you care to PM me then I can return a PM. When you "tell" me to Pm you that does not consitute "returning" a PM. I have just Pm'd you, when you reply, that constutes a returned PM. I hope that clears things up.
