As much as I like the EVO, I have to agree with this statement. The EVO gets it's great stock 1/4 mi time from that AWD launch (among other things), but not from it's superior top end. So in the city, where your launch (and getting to 3rd w/o missing shifts)wins the race, the EVO would own most stock. However, on the freeway, where the EVO's major advantage of traction is taken away and all wheel drivetrain loss is most felt, the EVO "becomes human
